Anway, let's go back to what I wrote last night. Yeah, I almost spent $250 on my books. Isn't that horrible? As what Korshid said, it's putting poor students like me and everyone else into debt. Well, at least I chose to shop online because it's way cheaper than the regular bookstore in my campus.
I've been a shopaholic lately since I got my credit cards. Wow, I mean the only advantage for that is that I can spend as much as I want. I have been buying lots of DVD's that I ONLY LIKED based on what I saw from the movies or whatsoever. Well, unfortunately, I miss spending stuff on my CD's. Lately, there are no good albums that I really like. Coz the good ones came on the holiday. Hehe. At least it's worth my money. The only CD's that I purchased so far are from Lindsay Lohan's and J-Lo's. Both of them are good for my music taste. Hehe. And I also spent some stuff on some nice clothes. I'm just so fascinated with the style lately. It's just far from being good. Hehe.
Being a movie junkie is what I really am. Well, that's where I spend most of my money from. I bought like 10-20 DVD's in less than 3 months. As in how rad is that? The majority of it were previously watched from the movie theatres and/or DVD's that I rented. I mean if I like the movie, I will definitely buy the DVD in the future, unless I am willing to be patient to wait for the price to become a single digit. Yes, it happens in approximately after 1-2 years in Best Buy. Sale prices are also a must for me to buy one or two. I also receive coupons to make it cheaper -- just join either Reward Zone from Best Buy or Replay from Sam Goody. I religiously rent movies @ blockbuster.com for $15 a month. Over the spring break, all I did was watch all my DVD's, while I saw Robots and The Ring 2 at the cinemas. Robots was fun watching it @ a DLP (Digital Light Projection) Cinema feature in Daly City. The picture was as clear as a glass of water. I was so amazed with it. I wish that all theatres, including the damn Century 25 here in Union City, so I won't have to go far away to see a certain movie in a DLP presentation. Sin City is out tomorrow, and I hella can't wait for it. Just by looking at the previews, it's going to be one of the best movies of this year. Oh yes, this movie will be featured in DLP in Daly City and San Jose (well check your listings if you're outside these cities).
Let's go back to The Ring 2. Well, most of the people did not like it. I would somewhat agree with them, because the direction of the movie kinda sucked. Hideo Nakata, the director of the original Ringu, directed this one. His horror pacing was not OK for me. It just gave people the creeps, but it didn't jolt them at all. Samara is still a creepy bitch, I'm telling you all. By the way she scratches the wall and she climbs up that well, it gave me some heebeejeebees. Uhh...
Ok... I'm somewhat slacking off again, although it's just the first week of Spring Quarter. I gotta read something real quick before I go to sleep.
